Delivering Food, Non-food and Telecoms national leafleting. Liaising with Trading teams and Marketeers to manage the sign-off process. On sign-off to create the national leafleting from creative to print production
Due to our MD's experience, working at Safeway Stores as Head of Creative and Studio, Tesco approached Redface to work with their Marketing teams to develop their in-house promotional leaflet sign-off procedure.
Safeway was the first major retailer to produce national promotional leafleting on an industrial scale. Rob helped to establish the Safeway Stores leaflet process, working alongside Marketing, Promotions, Trading and externally with Trading Standards. This set the standard for Retail national promotional leaflet production in the UK.
Working with a dedicated Tesco Marketing team, Redface managed the product selection and sign-off process. Working the leaflet proofs through the Trading teams on a weekly basis. Redface were able to develop a robust sign-off procedure.
After twelve months of successfully producing food leaflets, Redface were asked to produce the Tesco non-food leafleting and then, a few months further on, we were asked to product the Tesco Telecom leaflets.
Our little agency produced all Tesco's national leafleting for close to 5 years!
