The Scottish Children's Lottery. I was approched to build a new website as the incumbent Canadian company were charging over £30k a month to run the platform. With a successful project behind me, I was asked to create all MBC ELM's customer facing marketing campaigns going forward.

After two successful years, I was asked to create a second brand. I came up with the name The Scotto, built the identity and constructed the site. The Scotto is now MBC's fastest growing product.

Team management, 18 designers, 7 Print Exec’s and 8 Marketers. The optimisation of working procedures using systems to increase quality and efficiency. When I joined the Creative Services Department they produced an average of 50 print jobs per four weekly cycle. by 2003, the average number of jobs per cycle had increased to over 400. It was estimated the annual cost saving to the business was circa £4m.
