Print & Digital artworking for pizza delivery specialists Papa John’s UK
Taking orders and delivering on schedule
Redface were engaged to manage the process and delivery.
Papa John’s approached Redface Marketing to work with their marketing team and creative agency to manage all print and digital artworking output. At the time, the volume of work requests and protracted turnaround times meant that many franchisees were either avoiding producing marketing support materials and missing sales opportunities or sourcing their own, which was off-brand and diluting key brand messages.
An additional consideration at the time was Papa John’s UK were about to roll out an updated brand style. Redface had to assist with artwork prior to and during launch – managing the transition of artwork to the new style and post-launch, identifying old-style assets and updating accordingly.
Redface Marketing began by setting up an online job board accessible by all parties that could be used for booking, order status tracking and monthly reporting. After getting to grips with the old-style branding we made preparation for the transition to the new-style assets. We completed an audit of both new and existing assets to identify those that required updating or supplying and worked with the creative agency to prioritise and organise their delivery in accordance with the national marketing calendar.
The Redface team handle the weekly artworking of all Papa John’s email comms and all digital advertising output. Recently we story-boarded and created digital animations for in-store menu boards.
Redface also prepare the dynamic artwork for Papa John’s seasonal leaflets which enables the auto-generation of store-specific contact details, special offers and product prices.
